HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Northern Marine Management Limited is committed to a policy of eliminating (where possible) or minimising, the risk of personnel injury(s), occupational disease, and damage to plant, property and equipment. In supporting the policy, the Company promotes, and practices health and safety measures to: Control the risk of any possible work-related injury and illness by conducting proper assessment(s) to develop safe working practices.   Co-operate with maritime organisations and government, trade and industry associations in order to maintain high standards of health and safety.   Ensure all employees conform to high standards of health and safety, and emphasise through training programmes, the individual responsibilities for self-inspection. Similarly, the Company expects its contractors to follow these standards.   Maintain monitoring programmes to ensure and demonstrate compliance with the Company's policy and legislative requirements.   Investigation plant/equipment failure and/or human error, and implement preventative and corrective measures.
