Our officer cadet programme and our considerable investment in international training, provides regular access to Colleges and Training establishments in the major manpower areas, throughout the world. This provides strategic exchange programmes of syllabus comparisons, and such areas of the company intake versus industry loss - a concerning area in Fleet manning. Such monitoring and discussions are key factors in maintaining surveillance on the domestic and international manpower market.

Additionally the company has undertaken the management of the training association vessels the "Prince William" and "Stavros S. Niarchos". The vessels have added an extra dimension to our cadet training programme through team building exercises and encouraging cadets to demonstrate leadership qualities, developing early in their career the confidence necessary to succeed as an officer.
